As a technical collaboration program between Information and Communication Technology Research Centre and Acroquest Myanmar Technology Co., Ltd, Software Testing Training was started on 12th November, 2012 and ended on 16th November, 2012, Software Development Process Training was from 21st January, 2013 to 25th January, 2013 and Business IT Management Training was started between 7th October, 2013 and 18th October, 2013 at Information and Communication Technology Research Centre. Mr. Terada Daisuke from Acroquest Myanmar Technology Co., Ltd, trained Document Management System using Alfresco Framework as a research collaboration program.
According to the Volunteer Program of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Senior Software Volunteer Mr. Toshihiro TAKAGI worked at Information and Communication Technology Research Centre from 6th May, 2013 to 6th November, 2013. Ms. Kyoko Fujii served as a Senior Network Volunteer between 14th February, 2014 and 20th August, 2014. Similarly, Senior Software Volunteer Ms. Shinohara Noriko served during 14th November, 2014 and 27th May, 2015. Mr. Koji Kuwata served as a Long-term Network Volunteer at Information and Communication Technology Research Centre between 28th January, 2016 and 27th January, 2018.
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Information and Communication Technology Research Centre and NTT Data Myanmar Co., Ltd was signed on July 6, 2015 at Novotel Hotel (Mandalay Room) as a technical collaboration activity.
Second MOU was signed on 31st October, 2013 at NayPyiDaw. According to the second MOU, Information and Communication Technology Research Centre became an Authorized Training Centre of C-DAC, India. Moreover, India Expert, MS. Madhura Anturkar (Visiting faculty for JAVA at C-DAC), presented workshop of J2EE Framework (Spring and Struct to cover for both Framework and Java Beans) from 28th September, 2015 to 2nd October, 2015. Mr. Ajay Bhattacharyya (Certified PMP and CIPM Global Peers Skilling & Development Initiative Pvt. Ltd), presented the Project Management Workshop from 25th April, 2016 to 30th April, 2016.
